Golf liga Ontarija

Osnovni cilj je osnivanje Golf Lige Ontarija, gde cemo na osnovu rezultata napraviti rang listu svih srpskih golfera u Kanadi. Za pocetak u Ontariju.
Svi clanovi nasega kluba ce biti u obavezi da odigraju 2 runde golfa godisnje na dva razlicita golf terena u Torontu ( koja cemo svake godine naknadno odrediti, i na kojima ce imati popust za green fee ). Na kraju godine - krajem septembra cemo odrzati zavrsni golf turnir koji ce konacno odluciti redosled srpskih golfera za tu godinu.

Tako cete i Vi saznati gde je Vase mesto na njoj.

Godisnji turnir i 2 runde golfa ce se igrati po turnirskim pravilima ( ne best ball ili neki drugi format, vec ce svako pisati svoje rezultate koji ce kasnije biti verifikovani i na osnovu kojih ce biti napravljena rang lista igraca , to ce biti i osnova za racunanje hendikepa ).

Serbian Golf Competitive League - Who is the best Serbian golfer in Canada ?

We like find out who is the best Serbian golfer in Toronto .

This tournament will be played in Singles format.
The classic form of golf played off scratch by official rules, play ball as is.

All players will register their results individualy, and at and off the day we will know.

 

This tournament is all about competition.

All participants must be handicap 20 or lower. If we miss someone , please let us know.

If you wish to be there (and your handicap is 20 or lower - you play average round 90 or lower) Call us at 905 669 69 65 - Dragan.

Just to remind you that this an official tournament and official rules do apply. This is not a friendly game of weekend golf. Quick reminder of some basic rules:

1. There are no "gimmes". You must hole each ball.
2. There are no "Mulligans". Each stroke counts.
3. Ball is to be played where it lies, except if it is on "cart path", in which case you may move it distance of two clubs no closer to the hole.
4. If the ball is under a tree, you have two options:
a) play it from there.
b) call "unplayable", move it two clubs no closer to the hole and play from there, but there is a 1 stroke penalty.
5. If you do not see where your drive ended up, play a "provisional" ball, which will count as a 3rd stroke. If you find your ball, play it and pick up "provisional".
6. If you find a ball in the bush, you have two options:
a) play it where it is
b) call "unplayable" and move it two clubs no closer to the hole, and write 1 penalty stroke.
7. If you don't find it within 5 minutes play "provisional", which now becomes stroke number 4.
8. If a ball lands in water, you can use drop zone, if available, or shore line where it entered the water. 1 penalty stroke is added
